Process Formation & Development

Phase 1 (1985–1993)

Ao Vua was originally a pristine wilderness, discovered by local residents. In 1988, the first tourism service group was established, marking the beginning of tourism activities in the area.

Phase 2 (1994–1999)

The People's Committee of Ba Vi District established Ba Vi Tourism Company based on the original tourism service group. At the same time, the private enterprise Huong Rung Hotel also began operating in the area, jointly developing the region.

Phase 3 (April 1, 1999)

In 1999, the two enterprises merged to form Ao Vua Tourism Joint Stock Company under the government’s privatization policy, with the participation of state capital.

Phase 4 (2006–2007)

The company expanded into the fields of construction and infrastructure, and officially became Ao Vua Joint Stock Company after acquiring all state-owned shares.

Phase 5 (2008–Present)

Implementing a strategy of merging units such as Dam Long, Vinh Hang, and Dao Ngoc Xanh, the company has expanded its scale and developed into a sustainable tourism ecosystem.
